Menthol e-cigarette gross sales were stable nationally at 35% to 40%, whereas the percentage of menthol disposable, prefilled cartridge, and e-liquid refill sales decreased. Disposables have a nonrechargeable battery and a nonrefillable e-liquid reservoir. Rechargeables are packaged with at least one rechargeable battery, a refill of e-liquid, and a battery charger.
